Welcome to Villa Laganini, your exclusive vacation home in Zatoglav, near Rogoznica. Just 150 meters from the beach, this luxurious villa offers the perfect retreat for your dream vacation.

Villa Laganini can accommodate up to 10 people and has 5 stylishly furnished bedrooms with access to a spacious balcony. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV to provide you with maximum comfort. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house, two of which even have a bathtub.

The open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wood-burning fireplace invites you to linger. Enjoy meals together or relax on the comfortable sofa. The breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and Rogoznica will make you forget everyday life.

The outdoor area features an infinity pool, which is heated and has a counter-current system and massage function. Here you can refresh yourself on hot summer days and relax on the sun loungers. The outdoor area also offers a modern outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal barbecue, perfect for relaxing barbecue evenings.

Parking spaces for up to 3 cars are available for your vehicles. If you are arriving by boat, there is a mooring buoy for boats up to 7 meters in length.

A special highlight is the villa's roof terrace, which is covered with artificial turf. Here you can enjoy various sporting activities such as soccer or badminton and enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding area.

Villa Laganini has a modern Loxone smart home system that allows you to conveniently control the lighting, air conditioning and other functions.
